The early years

Cardon Adventure Resort is located between the sea and the mountains in a small fishing village north of Mazatlan, in Sinaloa; and it just so happens to have it all: perfect surf, beautiful shores, tropical weather and exquisite food.

The founders of Cardon began exploring this coast in search for good waves and decided to start a business that would allow them to engage and support the local community. What began in 2006 as a project amongst friends who wanted to spend more time by the beach, quickly evolved into what Cardon Resort is today: An 12‐room luxury boutique hotel that offers everything for the outdoor, adventurous traveler: from surfing to kayaking, and from fishing to hiking; all framed by the natural beauty of its surroundings and the richness of its local gastronomy.
