The space

Newly refurbished, the restaurant at Cardon Adventure Resort feels like a luxury private lounge with all the comfort you need after an entire day spent outdoors. Fresh wooden panels cover the walls of the bar which features the best of Mexican and international wines & liquors under perfectly dimmed light and a flashy 60-inch flat screen TV at your disposal.

The dining scene is as warm as it is inviting: Traditional Mexican equipal chairs sit groups around the table in a cozy and comfortable manner. If you’d rather sit outside, there’s space for outdoor dining too.

The food

Cardon Resort is widely known for the quality and freshness of the food it serves. From huevos rancheros and fresh coffee for breakfast to steak & wine for dinner, we guarantee you will be more than satisfied with our menu. Please let us know in advance if there are any restrictions with your (or anyone in your party’s) diet so we can offer our pescatarian and vegetarian-friendly options.
